FBSA strives for fair and competitive play in all leagues with the safety of our players as our first concern. In rare cases, players can receive an exception to play up or down. In addition to age, grade and skill level/experience may be considered in granting an exception. If you feel your child needs an exception, please contact your League Director to be granted an exception.

Our Single A & Double A Baseball and Recreational Softball leagues play a regular season schedule of 8 games in Fall and 10 games in Spring. In 7U and above, we play a post-season tournament where each team is guaranteed at least two games.
All games and practices are scheduled in City of Frisco Parks:
Yes, FBSA covers the cost of a team hat and jersey for all players and up to two coaches per team in our Single A Baseball and Recreational Softball leagues.
Game schedules are generally released two or three weeks before the start of the regular season, and you can find them on the Game Schedules page of the website. You’ll also find the league standings on this page.
All fields FBSA uses for games and practices are operated by City of Frisco Parks Department, and they have final say on field conditions. We post their decisions on the FBSA home page in the Field Conditions widget, generally by 3:30 PM on weeknights and by 8:00 AM on weekends.
We will attempt to reschedule all rainout games as time allows. Practices will not be rescheduled.
FBSA is an all volunteer, non-profit organization. We are continually in need of coaching volunteers. If interested, please contact the League Director for the age group you’d like to coach - you can find contact information here: Board of Directors. All volunteer coaches are required to pass an annual background check.
