This is a “REC” level tournament, select teams are not allowed in this tournament.  All teams must provide proof of insurance from your home association.

Fall 2025 Blastball - Fall 2025

Who
Girls and boys, ages 3 to 4.

What
BLASTBALL is a developmental game invented and marketed by the ATEC Athletic Training Company. It is a very simple concept utilizing the skills of baseball in a fun, fast-paced activity for young players. It’s safer and less complex than tee ball, using a soft bat and ball.

Players are placed on teams by school zone. Teams are coached by background-checked volunteers and practice once per week and play one game per week - ten total for the Fall season. Scores are not kept and every player gets a participation trophy at the end of the season.

When
Our Fall 2025 season begins with preseason practices on or around August 15. The regular season schedule starts with games on or around September 2 and finishes after a postseason tournament on or around November 8. Games are played primarily on Saturdays with some on weeknights. Practices are usually Monday - Thursday evenings.

Where
We play games and practice at City of Frisco parks on fields managed and maintained by Frisco Parks and Recreation - BF Phillips Park and Warren Park.

Cost
Our registration fee is $80 and includes the cost of a hat and jersey for each player. Players that do not live in Frisco or attend an FISD school will be charged a $20 non-resident fee in addition to the regular registration fee.

We’ll keep teams together from season to season when the coach and at least four players return. Teams are coached by background-checked volunteers and practice once per week and play one-two games per week - ten total for the season.

Who
Competitive, Select Baseball teams, ages 7 to 14 (not for individual player registration).

What
Competitive league play with one-two games per week, played on weeknights. Our Fall regular season is eight games and each team is guaranteed two additional games in our post season tournament. Teams from outside of Frisco are allowed, but do not have access to fields for practices - games only.

When
Our Fall 2025 season games begin on or around September 2 and we complete our postseason tournament around November 8. Games are played Monday - Thursday evenings.

We play games at City of Frisco parks on fields managed and maintained by Frisco Parks and Recreation - BF Phillips Park, Harold Bacchus Park, Youth Center Park and Shawnee Trail Sports Complex.

How to Register
Coaches/managers should start by registering their team. After the team is registered, add players to the roster (minimum 10) and parents will receive an email with a unique link to register their player. Note: players may not be rostered on more than one team playing in an FBSA league.
